EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICIES

If the purchase is made at the Poblado, Envigado or CC Metrópolis point of sale, the exchange must be made at the respective physical store.

Shipping values ​​must be assumed by the customer (except in the case of warranty).

In case of approval of change, LOVE CULTURE will communicate with the client to establish parameters to follow for the change and that it is mutually agreeable and easy for both parties.

Exchanges for lower value products: LOVE CULTURE reserves the right to refund the money, consequently, if you intend to exchange for a product of lower value, you must purchase an additional one to complete the money you initially paid.

Exchanges for higher value products: money will be charged for the difference between the new product (higher value) and the product initially purchased (lower value).

In the case that LOVE CULTURE has mistakenly sent an item different from the one requested, we will recognize the exchange of the product, also assuming the return transportation costs.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

The term of the guarantee is 30 calendar days from the moment the garment is delivered. The product will be reviewed by our quality department and we will respond within 10 business days. If the garment allows repair, it will be repaired, or otherwise it will be exchanged. If it cannot be replaced, the money will be refunded.

The product should have been used and washed in accordance with the instructions on the label or instructions for use.

It is not necessary for the product to have labels.

To receive the garment, it must be clean, and without any type of modification.

The following conditions are not grounds for warranty: Damage caused by natural wear and tear, excessive or inadequate use or washing, mistreatment such as scratches and alterations by chemical products.

If the guarantee request is not accepted after being evaluated by the quality department due to lack of compliance with the conditions indicated above, the client will be informed to coordinate the shipment of the garment again; In this case, it will be sent with freight collect to the delivery address where it must be paid to the transport company at the time of receiving the product.

BEFORE CARRYING OUT A QUALITY CLAIM PROCEDURE, WE INVITE YOU TO CONSULT THE MOST COMMON REASONS FOR REJECTION OF APPLICATIONS:

In case all the mentioned conditions are met, LOVE CULTURE will return the total amount paid, without making any discounts or withholdings, and the term may not exceed 30 calendar days from the moment in which the right of withdrawal was exercised.
