Exchanges for lower value products: LOVE CULTURE reserves the right to refund the money, consequently, if you intend to exchange for a product of lower value, you must purchase an additional one to complete the money you initially paid.

Exchanges for higher value products: money will be charged for the difference between the new product (higher value) and the product initially purchased (lower value).

El término de la garantía es de 30 días calendario a partir del momento en que sea entregada la prenda. El producto será revisado por nuestro departamento de calidad  y le daremos respuesta en 10 días hábiles. En caso de que la prenda permita reparación, la misma será reparada, o de lo contrario se procederá a su cambio, si no puede reponerse se procederá con la devolución del dinero.

BEFORE CARRYING OUT A QUALITY CLAIM PROCEDURE, WE INVITE YOU TO CONSULT THE MOST COMMON REASONS FOR REJECTION OF APPLICATIONS:
